- All guests are obliged to fully comply with the provisions of these rules.
- We will only accommodate guests who are properly registered. For this purpose, they may be asked to present an official form of ID upon arrival.
- Guests will then receive their room key. From this moment on, only guests may access the room rented. Staff access to the room is limited to strictly necessary reasons. Should guests lose or fail to return their room key, they will be charged a fee of CZK 10,000.
- Use of the Pension is permitted only to guests unafflicted by infectious diseases.
- The Pension bears no responsibility for any money or valuables guests may have in their room. Valuables may be stored in the safe, upon request.
- Guests are to vacate their room no later than 10:00 a.m. on the last day of accommodation. If they do not do so, they may be charged for a further day’s stay.
- Between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., guests will keep all disruptive noise to an absolute minimum.
- Animals are not allowed in the Pension.
- Should guests experience any bodily harm, or loss, or damage to property during their stay, they must notify the Pension’s staff as soon as possible.
- In the event of any illness or injury, staff will ensure medical assistance or transport to a medical facility.
- Guests will not move any furniture, either in their room or in any common areas, or interfere with the electrical supply or Pension equipment or property in any way, without the prior consent of the staff.
- Only common personal electrical items may be used in guest rooms and common areas – e.g. laptops, tablets, mobile phones, personal hygiene devices, and their chargers. Any personal electrical appliances used for the preparation of food and drinks are strictly prohibited. Staff will provide further details upon request. Guests are obliged to unplug any personal devices when not in use.
- When leaving their room, guests are obliged to close all windows, turn off any water taps, lights, and electrical appliances, and lock their room. Guests are obliged to lock the main entrance when leaving the Pension.
- All guests under the age of 18 are the sole responsibility of their accompanying parents or guardians.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they have caused to the Pension, or its property, according to the current applicable legislation.
- The Pension provides guest services under the conditions set by the Czech Civil Code, as amended.
- Upon arrival, guests are obliged to pay in full for the accommodation booked, either in cash or by credit card.
- Should guests seriously, or repeatedly, violate any of these rules and regulations or behave in such a manner that disrupts other guests or staff, the Pension has the right to immediately terminate the guest’s reservation and accommodation.
- Smoking and open flames are both strictly forbidden inside the Pension. Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated areas.
- During their stay, guests are obliged to comply with Fire Safety, Protection, and Detection rules. Guidelines for these are visibly displayed in the guest areas.
